Real Estate Incident Management Clerk (m/f/d)

Consumption and prioritization of interference messages from our markets (phone & digital) Coordination and commissioning of craft and service providers Exact communication with the markets, status updates and queries Verification of relevant rental contracts, e.g. responsibilities, maintenance obligations Documentation of all processes in the internal system Quality assurance of incoming messages and transfer to the correct contact persons Support for recurring evaluations and process improvements

Experience in the service center, facility management or in a similar coordinating role Experience in dealing with authorities is desirable High communication skills and pleasure in telephone exchange Structured working and good prioritization Basic understanding of technical processes in buildings Safe handling of digital tools and ticket systems Team-oriented, reliable and durable
