This brings the job

• Acquisition of the central order assignment and control of counter mountings, prioritization of the planned counter changes (reconstructions, conversions, extensions, turnus, disturbances) and the disposition
• Cooperation with Customer Services – e.g. in the case of WiM applications and technical questions on planned reconstructions
• Monitoring the utilisation of the partner assembly and analysis of service levels as well as quality indicators.
• Evaluation of misuses and the following development of measures for successful two-way trips.
• Reporting (telephone / via e-mail) of the counter change in defined customer groups and continuous further development of the processes
• detection of faults, fault description and derivation of interference orders

Your strengths

• Completed training, ideally as an electrician or electronic technician
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a technical environment – at best with experience with the disposition or instructions of Monteuren
• A structured and efficient way of working, organizational strength and overview also in complex situations
• A high affinity for digital tools and IT applications
• Communication strength paired with clear, professional and safe expression – in writing as oral
