On behalf of our customer Siemens, we are looking for a dedicated Industrial Cyber Security Specialist/Advisor (m/w/d), which develops innovative security concepts and supports our project team competently.

Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of customised cyber security models for industrial EPC projects
• Technical advice and support of cyber security managers (SRIP) in the projects
• Training and workshops to increase cyber security competence in the team
• Close cooperation with project managers to integrate security measures in all phases of the project
• Observing current trends and threats in the field of industrial cyber security
• Promoting a company-wide security culture and risk awareness
• Instruction of SRIPs in risk analysis, vulnerability management and incident reporting
• Support in evaluating and implementing project-specific security requirements
• Communication and enforcement of Siemens Energy Security Standards in the field of IACS

Your qualification:

• Complete studies in cyber security, computer science, electrical engineering or comparable
• Ideally certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP or the like.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the industrial environment
• Experience in developing cyber security strategies for major projects
• Very good knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS) and their safety requirements
• Embossed communication and team skills
• Knowledge of relevant standards and standards (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443)
• Good English knowledge, German of advantage
