Instead of decentralized speakers, a central team is now working to increase the quality and efficiency of our training opportunities. In order to further support this structure and to set up the wide range of training in a future-proof manner, we are looking for a team leadership that further develops the team and expands our capacities for first-aid training and other life-saving measures. In more than 80 locations, the Malteser in the Hessen/Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland region helps with official and voluntary services in the five dioceses of Mainz, Limburg, Fulda, Trier and Speyer people in need. In addition to the first aid, these include the rescue service, as well as the services home emergency call, menu service, disabled travel service, outpatient care, school assistance and training.

You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the speakers of the First Aid Training As a team leader, you are responsible for building and managing a new team responsible for the organisation and further development of our first-aid training in the region. You work closely with the specialist department at federal level, support regional and diocesan management in all training-relevant issues and coordinate the training activities in the associated dioceses Together with your team, you develop a broad-based sales strategy, ensure efficient budget planning and control and sustainable use of the controlling system In addition, you represent the interests of training towards regional ministries, authorities and other institutions and actively engage in committee and network work

You have completed professional training You bring very good MS Office application knowledge with You possess analytic thinking, very good numerical understanding for penetrating complex facts and an independent, efficient way of working Flexibility, loadability, readiness to use and learn as well as team skills and communication strength Identification with our values and objectives as a Christian service company
