Head of Unit Campus Management System & Services unlimited in parttime with 30 hours per week (possibly to take the job full-time until 31.03.2030). As the Head of the Campus Management System & Services Unit, you play a key role in the digital development of our university. You are responsible for the strategic orientation, operation and continuous optimisation of our Campus Management System (HISinOne) and thus create central processes for studying, teaching and administration. You combine strategic thinking with an active role in the operational development of our campus management system as a leader with a pronounced hand-on mentality.

Technical and disciplinary management of the staff of the unit Strategic, organisational and conceptual orientation and further development of the unit as well as the processes in the field of competence Support and implementation of strategic digitization projects of the Department of Student Affairs (e.g. new HISinOne functions, optimization of existing HISinOne applications) Advising and reporting to the Head of Division Perspective acceptance of the Deputy Head of Division

Complete university studies with a technical focus on master or diploma level in (economic) informatics or a comparable subject area Evidence of sound knowledge in the fields of IT architecture and system integration, IT systems (including campus management systems and business process management) and project and change management Experience in public services and above all in higher education Ideally technical and disciplinary management experience Positive attitude in terms of continuous optimization and ability and willingness to actively shape and accompany change processes, as well as a good understanding of complex processes Designed analytical skills, structured, targeted and self-responsive thinking and working methods Communication strength, customer and service orientation, team skills and responsibility High readiness for performance and use and encouraging action in challenging situations
