Would you like to contribute your expertise to a state-of-the-art hospital laboratory and make an important contribution to diagnosis and patient care? Become part of our team and support us in the analysis and research in medical diagnostics. Responsible preparation and processing of patient samples (blood, tissue samples, etc.) for laboratory diagnostic analysis performing diagnostic analyses using modern technologies, such as automated analysis systems and imaging methods Technical validation of laboratory results and quality control to ensure accurate diagnosis Support for research projects and clinical diagnostic studies, including the development of new test procedures Documentation and analysis of results and close cooperation with medical teams and interdisciplinary departments

Successfully completed training as a state-recognized MTLA, BTA or biology laboratory technician or a Bachelor's degree in the biological field First experience in clinical laboratory diagnostics, ideally in the fields of hematology, microbiology or clinical chemistry, are advantageous Interest in scientific research and cooperation in clinical trials A sense of responsibility and an independent and precise way of working Embossed team capacity, flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment Safe handling of laboratory software and common MS Office applications Good German knowledge
