Full-time or part-time social pedagogical specialist (at least 30 hours/week) for our measure (m/f/d)

We have these tasks ready: • You advise interested parties and work together to develop further career planning. • The social pedagogical support of the participants is part of your daily work; a large part of this will be the career orientation to support career choice. • They accompany our work project. • they acquire suitable jobs and cooperate with companies from different industries; • You work closely with our psychologists and the cost-beneficiaries.

These qualifications are based on: • They have completed their studies in the social and educational field as well as their first professional experience in adult education. • In addition to the participant-oriented educational work, you will bring interest in organization and documentation. • Your strengths include patience and team skills, communication strength and humor – for fresh momentum in each group. • You are interested in a participant-oriented consultancy and have practical experience in the placement. • They are aware of or are interested in mental/physical illnesses. • You want to work in the area of tailor-made employment and get to know the regional labour market.

This completes our offer: • Work-Life Balance: Full time means 38.5 hours a week. We provide 30 days holiday/year for the rest.
