The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions.

Your tasks

• You implement and advise customers from different industries on ServiceNow projects focusing on CSM and/or ITSM
• You support the active collection and analysis of customer requirements and their implementation in our ServiceNow Landscape
• You work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement new digital solutions together
• You actively shape the development of our ServiceNow Landscape and the team and actively promote projects
• You always keep our technical documentation up to date

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed training in IT with first professional experience
• You have first experiences in the design, architecture and implementation of IT solutions in the ITSM environment
• You have good communication skills, as well as reliable German and English skills
• You like an agile way of working
• You complete your profile with team skills, independent working and high flexibility
