Inside sales (m/f/d)

You enter our customers personally and by phone, you can start offerings, calculations and tenders and process orders efficiently. You monitor delivery dates and ensure a smooth sales process. You'll be actively supporting the sales team in communication, offerings and price negotiations. You coordinate sales-relevant processes such as forecasting and budget planning and contribute to the optimization, standardization and digitization of our sales activities.

You have a successfully completed commercial training and ideally already experience in the sales service, e.g. in customer support, offering and order processing. You are sure to go with ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel, and bring a good technical understanding as well as a safe handling of numbers. You work structured, independent and keep a cool head even in hectic situations. Communication strength, service orientation and problem-solving competence characterize you, as well as empathy and team spirit. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete your profile. You are resilient, motivated and bring a “Hands-on” mentality to be successful together with the team.
