Consultant Practice Establishment and Management (m/f/d)

As a KVB, we ensure that people throughout Bavaria can find a doctor or a doctor at any time in a reach – even in the evening, on weekends or on holidays. Whether through the medical stand-by service under 116 117 or in our stand-by practices: We secure medical care. Behind this important supply order we are a strong organization: Our members – established doctors, doctors, psychotherapists – accompany us through all phases of their practice: from foundation to practice. We advise them, take care of their approval and ensure the plausibility, economic efficiency and quality of medical services. And: We continue to develop health care – with the aim of making the outpatient care in Bavaria strong, fair and reliable in the future.

Personally, competent, solution-oriented – we make the difference for doctors and psychotherapists in Bavaria in the Competence Center Service and Consulting. With around 200 employees, we are the central interface to our members and support the daily challenges of the practical operation. We advise in everyday work, provide a comprehensive training programme and provide day-to-day practice knowledge. Our mission: indispensable for our members – as partners at eye level.

In order to support our Competence Center Service and Consulting, we are looking for you as a consultant (m/w/d) at the Munich site. Competent consultation of our members on the management of the practice - from the establishment and establishment of the practice to changes in practice (e.g. further possibilities for employment in contract doctors' practices, practical and cooperation forms, e.g. BAG, MVZ, branch) to the practical delivery and post-composition procedures Support for strategic decisions, e.g. through business consulting Take measures to maintain regional supply structures together with our regional executives Support and implementation of seminars and workshops for our members and their practical staff Promoting membership satisfaction through active, partnership-based design of membership contact within the meaning of our “Vision KVB 2030”

Ideally completed studies with a focus on health economics, legal or economics, or a completed training on the specialist (m/w/d) in the healthcare sector (m/w/d), Kaufmann (m/w/d) in the healthcare sector or multiannual activity as a practical manager (m/w/d) with well-founded knowledge in the contract physician and social security law Ideally knowledge of structures and relationships in healthcare Joy in advising and communicating demanding health care content Embossed communication and team skills
