Development and operation: You develop and operate Conversational AI solutions on platforms such as Cognigy from conception to productive use and ensure a stable operation. Technological development: You evaluate new technologies, develop solution architectures and actively promote the further development of our solutions towards Agentic AI. Release and Change Management: You plan and control deployments independently including package, releases and reprocessing of releases. Quality assurance: You plan and conduct system and acceptance tests and ensure a structured quality assurance throughout the entire development process. Monitoring and optimization: You monitor the performance of the solutions, analyze conversation data and guide concrete improvements. Cooperation and control: You coordinate external partners and agree with internal IT teams as well as specialist areas.

Qualification: You have completed a study of computer science or a comparable qualification or bring relevant professional experience into software development or system integration. Professional experience: You have experience in the development and operation of Conversational AI solutions, ideally with platforms such as Cognigy. Technical know-how: You have experience with integrations, APIs as well as NLU/NLP concepts and ideally know you with Large Language Models. Cloud and development: You work safely with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS and have experience with CI/CD processes or test automation. Working and communication: You can easily convey complex technical content and work structured and team-oriented with different stakeholders. You have knowledge of German and good English (min. B2) and feel comfortable in international teams.
