You are the first contact person (m/w/d) for our tenants (m/w/d) in all matters concerning the rental relationship and responsible for the commercial support of your own housing stock You are responsible for the implementation and documentation of housing pre- and final disposals, as well as housing transfers and work closely with the colleagues (m/w/d) of our building management Internal and external service providers for housing repair, audit and approval You maintain our internal master data/object data
