As part of our team, you will be developing digital solutions for tomorrow's banking together with our customer and our developer team.

Technical and disciplinary management of our junior developers: inside.

Coordination of project requirements and tasks with our developers:inside and our customer contact partners.

Ensure a continuous transfer of knowledge between the organizational units.

Initiating and accompanying measures to strengthen cooperation.

Examination of staff and services to be provided.

Conducting workshops and training as well as further development and upskilling of employees.

Successfully completed studies of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications.

Experience in software development, ideally in Java.

Project management or consulting experience.

Experience in the leadership of junior teams of advantage, preferably in a project-related environment.

You speak German and English fluently.
