You understand yourself as a student:r Business Advisor:and want to contribute to the design and support of entrepreneurial and organizational changes? Furthermore, you are passionate about dynamic, complex organisations and people and understand yourself as a pioneer: in the future? Then you are the right person to transform our IT and business. As a member of our Corporate Services team, you make a significant contribution to the following topics: Business and organisational development: strategy design and implementation, building, organisational and systemic organisational consulting and development, personnel and executive development, transformation and change management Empowerment of the organisation and the people: consulting and moderation services and communication and training measures Project and concept work as well as the design of workshops and group processes make your working day varied and versatile.

If you are enrolled:r Student:in an advanced phase of your Bachelor's or Master's degree with the discipline of Economics, Business Informatics, Economic Education, Business Psychology or a comparable course of study. You can also start your internship with us in the Gap Year. Influence: You work independently in an interdisciplinary team with flat hierarchies, varied tasks in the daily business and exciting projects. Financial incentive & other offers: You receive an attractive remuneration depending on the type of internship based on a 40.0-/38,5-hour week [Pflichtpraktikum: 40.0 hours/week: 1.200,00 €/month, 38.5 hours/week: 1.200,00 €/month; voluntary internship: 40.0 hours/week: 2.232.00 €/month, 38.5 hours/week: 2.150,00 €/month] and grant to the ÖPNV ticket and further discounts.
