Leadership & Mentoring: You take over the oberarzt Supervision of our doctors in further education (m/w/d) at the stations as well as in the rescue center and actively promote them in their professional training, especially in the areas of motion disorder and/or neuroimmunology Clinic management & organisation: You assume overriding organizational responsibility in the department by introducing yourself into areas such as staff management, service planning, quality management or the scientific management of our medical training. Intensive medical responsibility: You provide the professional care and care of our neurological intensive patients: Interdisciplinary cooperation: You maintain a close, trusting cooperation with all disciplines, in particular with our neuroradiology, in order to jointly coordinate fast and optimal diagnostic and therapy concepts Cross-sectoral medicine: You actively contribute your expertise to our outpatient and substationary supply structures (MVZ, Neurological Daily Hospital)
