Customer-oriented support of the network team as well as the service desk in 2nd level support with your expert knowledge. Administration and support in the design of the network (Switche (HP/Aruba, Huawei), firewall (Cisco ASA + Firepower) and WLAN environments Participation in 2nd level support for all relevant questions and problems in the field of network Analyze and classify incoming IT statements from the hardware and software sector Ensuring a reliable IDS/IPS operating concept

Training as a specialist (m/w/d) or comparable IT-related training/study as well as ideally multiannual professional experience with similar tasks Experience in the planning and administration of complex networks in the group environment Very good knowledge of the configuration and support of firewalls with their policies and VPN connections Knowledge of the use of ticket systems, network documentation tools (e.g. Netbox) and network monitoring (e.g. OpenNMS, Checkmk) are desirable Excellent analytical skills and good cooperation and communication skills in German
