Your future job: We are looking for you as a development engineer for high-end cleaning processes & Cleanliness (m/w/d) in Oberkochen.

Your tasks:

• They develop processes for wet and dry cleaning of mechanical, electronics and mechatronic components of our DUV and EUV systems - both internally and in our supplier network - to ensure compliance with the highest cleanliness standards of the semiconductor industry.
• You create and implement concepts to (re)contaminate when processing items, modules & avoid systems within our production halls and clean rooms.
• In case of process deviations, you support the internal and external partners in the research of causes, definition of emergency measures and the sustainable elimination of problems.
• You take responsibility for individual work packages regarding timing, costs & Performance and report the status regularly to project management.
• They operate active interface management and ensure the flow of information to the other members of your interdisciplinary project team and other internal & external stakeholders.

Your profile:

• You have completed a study of chemistry, physics, material sciences or comparable with very good success, preferably with doctorate.
• They have prior knowledge in at least one of the following areas: wet cleaning, ultra high vacuum technology and/or (surface) analysis (XPS, residual gas analysis, TOF-SIMS, ICP-OES, particle measurements).
• You are an exceptional team player: They have a pronounced customer orientation, strong communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence. In discussions and conflict situations, you are confident and binding.
• Self-initiative and target orientation, an entrepreneurial way of thinking, and a practical predisposition and hand-on mentality.
• You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
• The place is suitable for professional beginners. We will provide you with the necessary know-how during the incorporation phase and on-the-job in cooperation with your team colleagues.
