Data Operations Manager (m/f/d)

As a data engineer, you develop and manage stable and scalable data solutions, transfer manual processes into automated data pipelines and provide high-quality data products. This ensures data quality, performance and availability, translates technical requirements into technical designs and works closely with IT, BI and adjacent teams. At the same time, the use of new technologies actively promotes the development of the engineering landscape. In particular, process large amounts of data over complex data lines and ensure the supply of heterogeneous satellite systems (e.g. through import and export processes in different engines and platforms) take up, evaluate and transfer technical requirements together with modeling, analytics, IT and specialist areas into technical solutions for new and further developments Methods and systems for the strategic and operational data supply of cross-system tools and products continuously evolve and professionalize Conduct fault analyses, establish monitoring and continuously optimize existing processes and systems Bringing your expertise into integrative projects, preparing complex content according to target groups and advising on process-related topics across disciplines Ensure data quality, performance, availability, reliability and efficiency in productive operation

A completed study in the field of (economic)informatics, data science, mathematics, a comparable subject or equivalent training Multiannual professional experience in handling large volumes of data and in processing over complex data lines and systems Very good knowledge of Python for the development, automation and optimization of data processes, especially in the construction and operation of data pipelines, good SQL knowledge of advantage Influential experiences in handling modern data platforms, e.g. Databricks Snowflake, BigQuery, as well as in the continuous optimization of data processes and systems Ability to process complex content in a comprehensible manner and to communicate according to target groups High quality data quality, performance, availability and stability Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing You don't meet all the requirements, do you think the place fits exactly with you?
