Head of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (m/f/d)

We amplify our team in the field of IT governance, risk and compliance and are looking for a dedicated leadership that supports our team in designing and implementing our IT standards. In the field of information technology, you ensure compliance with statutory, internal and contractual regulations (ICR, ISMS, industry specifications and minimum requirements of supervisory authorities, laws, regulations and regulations with relevance to IT, licensing and copyright law). Management and further development of the IT-Governance, Risk and Compliance team Ensuring compliance with legal, internal and contractual requirements (e.g. IKR, ISMS, industry specifications, supervisory authorities, laws, regulations, licensing and copyright law) active support in implementing effective information security governance and operational security measures in close cooperation with the IKS Identification, assessment and control of IT risks and development of measures for their treatment Developing and updating guidelines, guidelines, processes and instructions within the framework of IT governance and ensuring compliance Monitoring legal changes and development of proposals for implementing new regulatory requirements in the IT sector Monitoring and coordination of internal and external audits in the IT sector

completed studies in the field of (economic) informatics, (economic)engineering or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience well-founded knowledge of IT law, data protection (e.g. Cloud Services, Privacy Shield, EU-US Data Privacy) and license law (Open Source, Copyright, Copyleft) Knowledge of breakdown scenarios such as cloud services and IT security high IT affinity, process understanding and a structured, independent working with high quality standards Result and target orientation as well as the ability to motivate and guide a team strong consulting and communication skills and willingness to take responsibility
