You are responsible for preparing, implementing and coordinating European and national procurement procedures. You are responsible for auditing and drawing up the award documents in cooperation with the internal demand bodies. Your tasks are also part of the ongoing continuation of the procurement service instruction and the advice of the management and the departments in all procurement matters.

You have successfully completed a (special) university course with a legal or business focus or the administrative course II; Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already bring professional experience in the field of procurement management. You have good knowledge of the statutory provisions (GWB, VgV, VOB) and the supplementary provisions. Experience in dealing with an award platform (such as vergabe.metropoleruhr.de) is desirable. In addition, you have an analytical and structured working style, team orientation and self-initiative. Your competence to change perspectives to consider requirements from different angles makes you exactly the person we are looking for.
