Process analysis & optimization: Existing processes in customer experience and in internal processes Analyzes systematic, detects potential for improvement and develops suitable solutions Team & demand communication: In conversations with different teams, you identify challenges and develop tailor-made automation solutions Product responsibility: You take responsibility for the entire product development process in your area – including the further development of our chatbot and other tools with direct customer benefits Coordination of implementation: You coordinate the implementation of your features both in your own team and in close coordination with adjacent departments Strategic cooperation: With the management you work directly on innovative AI and automation topics. Your opinion and active participation are expressly desired Data analysis & recommendations for action: You will evaluate relevant data, evaluate the use of AI-based solutions for our energy comparison and internal processes and make clear, sound recommendations from Monitoring & Reporting: The performance of the implemented measures will keep you in mind and develop reports and dashboards together with experts for continuous optimization Technology Trends & Best Practices: You keep up to date on current developments and best practices in the AI sector – and proactively check how these can flow into our processes or customer experience
