The work takes place in close cooperation with other authorities of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH), the North German countries (NdL) and in Germany-wide projects KONSENS.

In cooperation with other teams and groups of the IT department as well as other FHHH authorities, various controlling, coordinating and technical tasks are part of your responsibility.

Required University degree (Bachelor or equivalent) of the Department of Computer Science or a comparable field of study or equivalent skills and experience, each with at least 3 years of practical experience in tasks of the enrolled institution at Bachelor level (in public service from EGr. 10, case group 1) as an alternative: completed training to or as a specialist informant, system informant, IT system clerk, IT system encoder or equivalent skills and experience, each with 5 years of relevant professional experience in tasks of the enrolled job, of which at least 3 years of practical experience in tasks of the enrolled job at Bachelor level (in public service from EG 10, case group 1) German knowledge of at least C1 level in word and writing Advantages well-founded knowledge in handling complex server/client infrastructures of Linux, Windows and PC operating systems as well as virtualized systems good understanding of business processes and management of IT landscapes analytical and creative thinking, negotiation skills and enforcement independent, structured and targeted functioning as well as high reliability and sense of responsibility chronological flexibility and readiness for multi-day missions
