National Air Logistics Operations Optimization Manager - m/w/d

The Air Logistics Operations Optimization Team supports all pillars of the German air freight organization with sound process and system knowledge in implementing global and local transformation projects. This focuses on close cooperation with the Customer Care, Operational Care and Revenue Care colleagues. Through the best possible use of our IT systems, the integration of KN Global Services (KNGS) and pragmatic solutions, processes are efficiently designed and a consistently high service standard for our customers is achieved. As a National Head of Air Logistics Operations Optimization, you conduct the German Air Freight Operations Optimization and System Support teams and are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the employees. Together with local and national management, you control and support the transformation and harmonisation of the working methods in our operational departments. The focus is on the implementation of the transformation projects, as well as the support in the development of the strategic orientation of the operational development, in the German air freight organisation.

Successfully completed vocational training in the field of freight forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification and multiannual professional experience in the field of air freight Multi-year leadership experience Team spirit, negotiation skills, and good organizational skills Affinity for strategic and analytical work Very good knowledge of German and English Good MS Office knowledge
