We are looking for a health and nursing agent (m/w/d) for long-term use in clinics or care facilities. You work professionally clean, keep an overview even in stressful moments and want to practice your profession with more rest and clear agreements.

You will get 28,00 € to 30,00 € gross per hour, depending on the application, experience and qualification.

Your tasks

• You take care of basic and treatment according to professional standards
• You give medicines according to medical order and pay attention to safe procedures
• You control vital values and monitor changes in health
• You are technically correct when the condition of patients or residents changes
• You carry the care documentation carefully and comprehensible
• You participate in handovers and keep important information clean
• You agree with doctors, therapists, relatives and the care team
• You support patients or residents in everyday life, in mobilization and care
• You maintain hygiene requirements, quality standards and internal processes
• You take your professional look when decisions must be taken in the team

You bring that with

• Complete training as a health care and nursing professional or nursing professional
• State recognition
• Experience in clinic, station or care facility is advantageous
• Willingness to work in shiftwork
• Very good German in word and writing
• Careful and responsible operation
• Sensitivity in dealing with patients, residents and relatives
• Team skills and clear communication
• Reliability in service planning, handovers and agreements
