At the headquarters of the Hesse Lahn-Dill-Kreis, a dedicated personality for the position of the team leader pay bill (m/w/d) is sought at the next possible time.

As a future job owner (m/w/d), you will be responsible, together with your team consisting of four employees, in particular for the proper management and execution of the monthly fee billing with the accounting software P&I Loga. You are the main partners of the employees on all questions relating to pay billing and in this context create personal-relevant reports, statistics and evaluations. The implementation of the continuous personnel costs and liquidity planning is also part of your varied and varied tasks. You are also responsible for coordination with health insurance companies, financial offices and other authorities and operate an efficient interface management to adjacent specialist departments (e.g. financial accounting and internal cost accounting). In addition, manage the P&I Loga application, introduce new modules and optimize existing processes. In this context, You are the first contact person for the P&I Loga Consultants as well as for the HR departments in Spain and the Czech Republic in all accounting questions.

The position addresses candidates (m/w/d) with completed, commercial vocational training and further training to the payroll holder, personnel businessman or business economist. Based on this, the future team leader (m/w/d) has many years of professional experience in the implementation of pay bills, which has ideally been acquired in a company of the manufacturing industry. Included experiences in dealing with the accounting software P&I-Loga (or alternatively with common accounting programs) are provided as well as sound knowledge in the right of metal tariff, tax and social security.
