The job description applies to pedagogical professionals, especially nurses and nurses. The tasks include strengthening the participation of the child in the group, individual development support of a child, advice and exchange with Kita teams and families of children, development observation and documentation. They have recognised in our introduction text and could imagine being part of the AWO. A completed vocational training as a social pedagogical specialist (Heilerziehungspfleger*in and/or a completed study of the medical education system) with state recognition is necessary. You can preferably present experiences in work with children with disabilities. They also have high resilience, social competence and willingness to work with the team.
