Schmitz Hydraulikcylinder GmbH is a medium-sized family-run company based in Büttelborn. 50 employees are currently employed and working exclusively in day-to-day shifts.

We are a special operation for repairing and re-establishing hydraulic cylinders of all kinds and produce and process everything around the hydraulic cylinder in individual parts production at over 6,000 m2.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable personality for the sales service from 01.06.2026, as an alternative to the next time possible.

In this position, you work closely and directly with the management, the management and the external service and are a central interface in the daily business.

Commercial and organizational processing of our customer orders Creation of offers, order confirmations and invoices Offer calculation of repair and production orders Acceptance and processing of customer phone calls Maintenance of customer and order data Provisional invoices for external services Close and direct cooperation with management and management in the daily business Support for sales in organisational and commercial matters

Closed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk, office clerk, etc.) Experience in the sales service or in a comparable position Technical understanding or willingness to work into technical products (hydraulic cylinders) Structured, independent and reliable operation Communication strength and friendly appearance to customers and colleagues Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
