Clerk (m/w/d) in Supply Chain Management

For an established company, we are looking for a specialist (m/w/d) in direct recruitment. They are responsible for supporting the daily business activities and contribute to optimizing the supply chain. In this role you play a crucial role in coordination between the various partners to ensure a smooth running of the logistics chain. You take over the responsible disposition and inventory of finished and spare parts In close coordination with sales, you develop reliable planning data and forecasts to secure production processes You continuously analyse and optimize goods and flows to ensure our delivery capability Regular preparation and evaluation of reports on quantity and resource planning to provide sound basis for decision-making They continuously monitor the planning data and stocks in the SAP R3 system and ensure a current and correct data base Evaluate and optimize relevant business processes

A completed commercial training is provided They have several years of professional experience in disposition and purchasing, ideally in a sales organization Secure knowledge of the application of MS Office and SAP R3 You have fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing Team spirit, communication strength and an independent way of working belong to your own understanding
