Senior Manager/Projektleiter Construction Management (m/f/d)

You are responsible for new building, rebuilding, revitalization, renovation and renovation projects across all plants and all locations of the Eppendorf Group. You conduct scenario and feasibility studies related to construction projects. You develop and maintain processes, tools and frameworks for the initiation, planning, execution and commissioning of structural measures within the Eppendorf Group. You accompany internal users during the initiation phase of construction projects and create specifications, business cases and decision-making templates. You prepare internal decisions and lead them. You build the project structure and define organization, communication and meeting paths as well as the relevant processes. You ensure compliance with cost, time and quality objectives and are responsible for their definition, updating and control You perceive the building role and control all parties involved in planning and construction You choose and commission planners and control the planning. You prepare tenders, carry them through and control the execution. You take construction projects and plants into operation and document projects incl. Warranty periods and maintenance plans.

You have completed their studies in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering with a focus on construction, construction project management or a comparable degree programme. You have deep knowledge of AHO, HOAI and VOB. You ideally have a further education in project management and bring together pronounced project management skills. You are sure to deal with MS Office and CAD applications; Knowledge in SAP is an advantage. You have at least five years of professional experience.
