As Senior Expert Treasury Processes & Digitalization (m/w/d), you can design the treasury process landscape of the Holding holistically, standardize operations across all units and continue to develop an efficient, scalable and digitally integrated treasury organization. The following exciting tasks await you: Process design: You take up existing treasury processes, analyze them and redesign them as continuous end-to-end processes for the Cash, Financing and Reporting sectors

Standardization: You define and implement global treasury standard processes, reduce process variants and reduce complexity across all units

Digitization: You develop the digitalization roadmap for Treasury, identify automation potentials and implement solutions to reduce manual activities

System integration: You secure the interaction of treasury management systems, ERP systems, banks, payment hubs as well as reporting and BI solutions and develop consistent data flows

Governance: You define process KPIs, service levels and quality standards, monitor process performance and deliver continuous improvements

Transformation: You conduct treasury transformation projects, control external implementation partners and agree closely with IT, accounting, controlling and operating units

You have successfully completed your studies in economics, business informatics or a comparable relevant discipline

In addition to several years of professional experience in treasury, you will bring experience in finance transformations as well as in process or system projects with

You have profound experience in the introduction of treasury management systems and payment solutions as well as in the implementation of process designs, standardizations and digitalization initiatives

Your deep understanding of treasury processes, system landscapes, data flows, automation and system integration is complemented by additional qualifications such as CFA or Treasury certification

You are convinced by a high level of implementation and transformation, structuring complex organisations, leading sustainable improvements from operational topics and making sure decisions in day-to-day business

Your communication and negotiation strength, your ability to enforce decentralized units, and your hands-on mentality round off your profile, and you also have knowledge of German and English that is safe to negotiate
