You will responsible for the strategic and operational orientation of the HR sector and inspire people, create confidence and see change as a chance Control central HR processes (recruiting, talent management, performance management, remuneration, succession planning) design the corporate culture and accompany change and transformation processes constructive and trusting cooperation with employee representatives drive the digitalization and optimization of HR processes and systems

You have completed studies (e.g. business management, human resources management, law) or a comparable qualification bring several years of professional experience in a leading HR function, ideally in a medium-sized or larger company have experience in cooperation with co-determination bodies and very good business understanding are characterized by strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and strong leadership and communication bring empathy, enthusiasm and joy in working with people
