The landscape association Rheinland (LVR) works as a municipal association with around 22,000 employees for the 9,8 million people in the Rhineland. As the head of the “Privacy and Freedom of Information” office, you take over the function of the official data protection officer and support the management and the business units in all data protection issues. You have a significant impact on the legally compliant design of processes and processes and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Competence to the Judge Office What we need You have completed your first and second legal state exam at least with the “satisfactory” note. Insufficient professional experience, ideally also with leadership responsibility, is advantageous. You have a well-founded knowledge of data protection law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the Data Protection Act North Rhine-Westphalia (DSG NRW) and the relevant jurisdiction.
