Head of Department Head of Electrical and Machine Workshop (m/f/d)

Our company continues to expand the technical service in the field of cleaning robotics, cleaning machines and metering technology and is looking for an experienced management personality for the management of our electrical and machine workshop. The position is responsible for the technical, organizational and economic management of the entire workshop organization and ensures the technically perfect operation and the continuous operational capability of all systems.

Management and further development of the E-Werkstatt with personnel responsibility for a coordinator and three service technicians Ensuring smooth technical operation, high system availability and quality-secured processes Operation planning and utilization control of the workshop team Monitoring compliance with statutory requirements such as DGUV, UVV and relevant standards such as DIN EN ISO 14001 and DIN EN ISO 9001 Interface management to customers, suppliers and internal departments Documentation, test reports, process images and technical tracking Procurement of equipment, spare parts, accessories and equipment Commercial handling of service orders Coordination of contractual audits, maintenance and technical services Technical customer support and technical clarification in case of malfunctions Organisation of machine demonstrations, test positions and logistical processes such as delivery or collection

Completed commercial training technical understanding in the fields of cleaning technology, metering technology and robotics desirable Management experience in technical areas Safe handling of digital applications, goods management systems and technical documentation Experience in cooperation with external service providers and suppliers Leadership and communication strength and organisational skills High customer orientation, reliability and structured operation Ready to continue professional development
