As a lawyer specialist or legal expert (w/m/d) in the legal director of Bayerischer Rundfunk, you will be able to carry out sophisticated legal-influenced material processing in public-law broadcasting together with an experienced team.

You are involved in the processing of legal matters relating to the broadcasting fee. You work closely with our legal adviser: you work together and take in particular: Conducting and processing of files and time limits Preparing fonts including process and composition Conducting the judicial and extrajudicial correspondence Providing and obtaining information on broadcasting legal matters (telephone, written, electronic) Hand-handling to the electronically managed post accounts and data maintenance Support for legal advisers:in the processing of petitions and complaints Independent and independent implementation of cost-fixing procedures incl. Monitoring Organisation and coordination of general assistance activities in the team
