Reference number: 12849 You take over the personal and professional management of the partner management in the area of expansion Together with your team, you control partner companies in the construction of FTTH infrastructure Together with your team, you will ensure regular communication with the partner companies and ensure maximum transparency in the development projects You monitor the key figures and manage the right measures and escalation paths You’re driving an open team communication and developing your team’s employees in a structured manner You are responsible for developing processes and standards for cooperation with service providers Ensuring compliance with contract contents in the expansion is also your responsibility

You can demonstrate a degree in civil engineering, business, telecommunications or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in service provider and project management You have leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team Ideally, you have well-founded knowledge in the field of telecommunications/glass fiber technology Your work is characterised by a high self-initiative, self-employment and entrepreneurial thinking You are safe to use MS Office tools (Excel) and have first experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Power-BI) You are strong in communication and have a safe, self-confident appearance
