Organisation of pre-, main and post-order trains

Takeover of customer service activities for small, medium and large customers

Ordering international carriers for rail freight processing

Customs settlement of shipments

Communication with internal staff from Europe and China on the organisation of the broadcasting mission

Responsibility for the forwarding accounting and care of shipments in Hellmann's own systems

Takeover of subtasks in projects

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

Practical experience in customs, MRP FTL/LTL, customer service or costing of transports

Embossed team and communication skills

Structured operation, flexibility and safe occurrence

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Other foreign languages of advantage
