As a technical manager at Vonovia, you are responsible for the technical management as well as the professional management of the staff members from the HLS area You wrap the supply creation and perform quality control Depending on your needs, you carry out local visits You develop technical solutions and then implement them You always comply with the relevant regulations, standards and other technical and legal regulations You judge yourself according to the economic requirements and act as a professional contact for customers and colleagues You implement new product standards and optimize processes by analyzing the cost factor, for example You develop and monitor special projects such as maintenance, emergency services or the introduction of the own-power ratio etc.
