You have completed your studies (TU/TH or FH or Bachelor) of Architecture or Civil Engineering You have a multiannual professional experience in the field of public construction projects as well as in renovation projects and technical building equipment You have expertise and a multi-year professional experience in the application of public procurement, tender procedures and construction services (VOB, VOL), HOAI and relevant standards and regulations Knowledge within the building regulations NRW, planning guidelines 'barrier-free building'', occupational safety regulations, workplace regulations and award guidelines You have good MS Office knowledge We require a safe occurrence as well as a structured and result-oriented way of working, as well as loadability, reliability as well as organizational and team capacity Conceptually oriented thinking, analytical thinking and a solution-oriented work setting High social competence and good negotiating, contact and communication skills A high degree of readiness and time flexibility
