For the area of creditor accounting, we are looking for a dedicated specialist in direct placement (unlimited fixed-term employment, no temporary work).

Responsibility for creditor accounting including auditing, accounting and accounting of invoices and customs decisions Creation of permanent bookings and implementation of creditor counts Care and coordination of the creditoric by-laws and coordination of payments within the company network (intercompany agreements) Processing of supplier reminders and balance confirmations Implementation and booking of currency valuations and participation in the formation of provisions master data management of creditors and compilation of evaluations (e.g. open items, total and balance lists)

Closed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant/wife for office management, industrial merchant/wife or merchant/wife in wholesale and foreign trade Experience in accounting and safe handling of accounting software and MS Office Basic knowledge of the relevant legal framework (HGB, UStG, IFRS) Self-employed, careful and reliable operation Teamability, learning and good communication skills Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
