Responsibility for the security technology portfolio as well as central contact person for internal and external stakeholders Selection, control and further development of the portfolio incl. Governance of Focus Technology Partners Identification, assessment and viable provision of innovative security solutions for ICS sales Further development of the portfolio with focus on physical security solutions in close coordination with CoCs, Sales, Purchasing, Portfolio Board and technology partners deriving and implementing growth initiatives as well as prioritizing and controlling the entire portfolio life cycle Conducting market, trend and competitive analyses focusing on security technology, AI, sensor technology and robotics Ensuring regulatory requirements (e.g. VdS, DIN, KRITIS, EU AI Act) as defined by “Compliance by Design” Development of Go-to-Market approaches, sales-enablement measures and initiation and support of pilot and customer projects

Complete studies in the field of safety technology (e.g. security & safety engineering, safety management, risk prevention or comparable) or training + further training / additional qualification Multiannual professional experience in portfolio management or similar fields Experience in cooperation with sales and technology partners in the safety environment Knowledge of current safety regulators and their implementation German language skills, English desirable Good MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, etc), CRM/Salesforce knowledge desirable Analytical thinking, structured and independent working Team orientation, innovation joy and communication strength readiness to travel about 2 days on site in the office (Düsseldorf)
