Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees and responsibility for coaching, personnel development and cross-disciplinary cooperation Control and further development of the operational operation of the traffic center including traffic, operating and tunnel monitoring and emergency management Responsibility for technical systems and infrastructure, in particular transport and tunnel technology, telematics, communications systems, network and data center operations Ensuring the operational and system availability of all relevant systems, systems and critical infrastructures including data center and maintenance and fault management Planning, monitoring and optimisation of processes, resources and budget as well as regular report reimbursement to management Coordination of internal and external intersections and cooperation with departments and external partners

Complete scientific studies in the field of transport engineering or similar or equivalent suitability acquired by professional experience Knowledge of transport, transport telematics, operating technology and communications and networking Knowledge of applicable and applicable laws, regulations and regulations (including TLS, MARZ, VOB, RABT/ RE-ING/ EABT, RWVZ, RWVA, RWBA, RSA) and other regulations in transport Knowledge of road transport regulations (StVO) Experience in employee management Very good German knowledge (at least level C1 to GER/CEFR) Class B driving licences and the readiness to travel
