You support sales through the development of regular reports when building the reporting system You create ad hoc analyses and evaluations You will independently process the weekly and monthly earnings developments and consider the current and regular reports You create meaningful forecasts, simulations and analyses and give action recommendations You create forecasts, accounting balances and budgets in close cooperation with the management level You have experiences in handling SAP You are responsible for regional debitor management You are responsible for new customer systems and customer data management You perform general administrative tasks You are responsible for invoice corrections and for the correction of special purchases You work closely with our specialist team in the field department As a guide, you will be able to help all your colleagues (m/w/d)

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a job-relevant professional experience in the field of expertise You have well-founded knowledge in MS Office 365, especially Excel, and in dealing with BI systems You have strong analytical skills and are convinced by high operational, performance and responsibility as well as self-initiative and self-employment You have a pronounced analytical, result- and solution-oriented thinking capability, a quick understanding and a high number affinity Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as your social competence characterize you You have strong communication and presentation skills and are happy to work in the team
