Sachbearbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst (Order Clerk) zur Festanstellung (m/w/d)

Your duties as a specialist sales service:

• settlement of inventory requests and execution of daily correspondence
• Increase and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manual and automatic input of orders and forecasts (all necessary actions such as demand calculation, material creation etc.)
• Ensuring timely deliveries to the customer in consultation with the purchasing department
• Immediate intervention in the event of a line stop
• Support of the manager and other departments in customer-related projects
• Issue of deliveries to customers and processing of complaints and returns
• Conduct tests for customer-related projects (new EDI, signing, etc.)

Your knowledge and skills:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge in German and English (in word and writing)
• Secure handling of computer applications (MS-Office, SAP R3)
• Analytical and cost-conscious thinking, as well as excellent numerical understanding
• High customer and service orientation
• readiness for flexible working hours, overtime, business trips and training
