Tracking standard revisions, further development of the QM system Organisation and implementation of external audits, including IFS Food, Bio, ASC/MSC Planning and implementation of internal audits including training of internal auditors Maintenance of QM documentation Legal, permanent information at pre-set points on deviations from the current standard Self-responsibility and self-responsibility of food law parameters Creation and modification and management of declarations Testing and approval of labels and specifications Evaluations and production of statistics (e.g. complaints) Definition and monitoring of correction and improvement measures Preparation of training documents

Graduate in the field of ecotrophology or comparable training Multiannual experience in a food industry company First experience with the IFS Food standard Secure knowledge of German in word and writing Good knowledge of MS Office applications
