Currently we are looking for Telephonic Personnel (m/w/d) in the field of receivable management in full or part-time ([for phone number see the original ad] hours possible).

Working time:

Rotating 2-week shift system in the sliding time model

1. Week: Monday – Friday Core working time 11:00 – 14:00; Working time possible from 08:00 Two. Week: Monday – Friday Core working time 16:00 – 20:00; Working time possible from 14:00 In addition: Every 3rd Saturday 10:00 – 16:15

Your requirement profile

• A successfully completed commercial training, professional experience in the call center/customer care, or as a cross-release (e.g. retail, hotel industry, gastronomy, banks, insurance)
• Safe handling of the keyboard and fun to work quickly into new software

Your tasks

• Self-governing the written and telephone correspondence with debtors and/or debtor representatives
• Negotiation and maintenance of payment plans
• Documenting interview results and completing our database
