Cyber Security Engineer - Linux / SIEM / Network (m/f/d)

You install, configure and optimize our products in different partner and customer environments You will process complex requests and support tickets from customers:inside, partners:inside and distributors Analyze and correct errors in the areas: Agent installation and configuration, SIEM integration and log analysis, vulnerability management and vulnerability scanning, network and endpoint monitoring, microsegmentation, performance analyses on Linux servers You conduct root-cause analyses in recurring problems and develop sustainable solutions You work closely with the third level or the development of product and bug topics and actively contribute to the further development of our support processes You create and care for support documentation as well as knowledge-based articles and support customer training and webinars on technical topics

You have a completed training or study in the IT sector (e.g. specialist:in for system integration, IT system electronics:in, computer science) or a comparable qualification You have profound knowledge of Linux (Debian) and a safe handling of the shell You have good knowledge of network technology and IT infrastructures (Loadbalancer, proxy, certificates, VMs) as well as experience in Windows server administration You have solid knowledge in routing, switching, firewalls and VPNs and understand IT security solutions (Firewall, Endpoint Security, SIEM, Vulnerability Scanning) Ideally, you have several years of experience in second-level technical support – ideally in IT security, monitoring or system management and desirable knowledge in MongoDB & experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) You work structured, solution-oriented and team-crossing, communicate clearly and share your knowledge with your colleague: your language skills are very good in German and good in English, both in word and writing
