Our client is a medium-sized company with over 30 years of experience in steel and metal construction. At the Blankenburg (Harz) site, individual and nationwide projects are implemented from planning to assembly.

In your function as a workshop manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for a smooth process in production, from material input to delivery. They collect material requirements as well as technological work steps and ensure that work tasks are transferred on time and within the framework of the budget. They coordinate the production team, perform the task distribution and monitor all work steps. With the help of operating software, you control machines, manage materials, place work orders and organize shipping. They pay attention to compliance with the operational safety requirements and take over the organisation and support of the training of junior staff.

You are a trained design mechanic (m/w/d) with many years of professional experience or industrial master (e.g. metal) with strong practical reference. They have experience in a comparable position and bring the necessary technical understanding and organizational skills. Professional competence, highest precision and quality awareness characterize your working methods and personalise yourself with a wide range of vision, organisational and communication strength, allowing you to lead and develop your team.
