Engineer (m/w/d) We are looking for the civil engineering office of the state capital of Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay. The Engineering Department of the Civil Engineering Office is facing the challenge of resolving a variety of engineering structures in the next few years or replacing them with new buildings. For this responsible, interesting and varied task, we are looking for you to strengthen the current project management team, which currently consists of four engineers. Your tasks include project management and control over the entire planning and construction process of infrastructure projects You are responsible for setting up engineering and fee contracts in cooperation with the service centre – if necessary taking into account the BIM method You ensure that all internal and external stakeholders cooperate and coordinate their coordination independently Your tasks include the coordination of public tendering and award processes according to VgV and other relevant rules You actively contribute to making decisions and meeting the defined project objectives Thanks to you, the time- and cost-oriented controlling is ensured over the entire project duration

A completed study (Bachelor/Master/Diplom-Ing. FH) in the field of civil engineering, infrastructure management or a comparable study (for foreign degrees the presentation of a recognition in Germany is required) Long-term professional experience Knowledge of HOAI as well as experience with contracts, ideally in performance phases 1–8 BIM and VOB knowledge as well as safe handling of MS Office applications Ideal knowledge of AHO, issue 9 Teamability and communication skills as well as independent and independent working German knowledge with good expressability in word and writing
