Consultation new thought: modern, medial, human. As a business customer advisor, you are the main partner for our commercial customers in the Business Center. You serve self-employed and small businesses and advise them in all bank questions – focusing on standardised products in the areas of account, card, credit and money supply. Your main tasks at a glance: Medial/digital work: telephone consultation, handling of service requests via email independent processing of credit requests: with simultaneous commitment and payment – a unique opportunity to support customers quickly and directly Sales and consulting in an efficient environment: we always focus on the needs of the customer and a high quality of advice Close cooperation in the team: as all consultants of the Business Center jointly support the business customer portfolio and support each other Integration of specialists: e.g. payment, asset manager, insurance expert, consultant Bausparkasse, consultant leasing or transfer to higher segments (commercial customer advice)

What experience/qualifications do you bring with: bank business economist or a comparable qualification, or simply pick them up on the spot!
