You support our team with a wide range of tasks: Development and layout of information materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, leaflets and forms for citizens Design of signs, control systems and business equipment Preparation of content for digital channels (including social media, website, newsletter) and graphics for presentations visual conception and graphical implementation of content for the general urban website and website of the staff office in cooperation with the website representation Image processing, retouching and processing of photo and possibly Video footage Creation and final control of ready-to-print data Monitoring, further development and implementation of the visual appearance of the administration across all media (Corporate Identity/Corporate Design) Creation and maintenance of design templates and manuals for internal use Cooperation with external service providers and printing companies Consulting and support in the planning and implementation of marketing projects within the city administration close coordination with the team and the staff management

completed training as a media designer for digital and print Applications by graduates of a study of the field of graphic design, communication design or a comparable subject are also welcome. In the case of foreign professional or university degrees, the certificate assessment of the Central Office for Foreign Education (ZAB) is required. We expect: safe handling of popular graphics programs (Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) safe feel for design, typography and target group-oriented communication Organizational talent, schedule and ability to coordinate several projects in parallel Sovereignty also under high workload independent, solution-oriented and efficient operation Interest in modern communication routes in public service safe handling of the MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Team skills Remarkable are: Knowledge of classical project management methods and agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) Knowledge of using AI tools fundamental understanding of administrative and organisational structures Danish knowledge as well as experience in creating moving image/animation (After Effects, Premiere or A.) are advantageous.
